Terms of Service &
Personal Use License

1️⃣ Acceptance of Terms

By burning the Ticket NFT and claiming the digital package, you ("the User") agree to the following Terms of Service and Personal Use License. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ArdesiholD.

2️⃣ License Grant

Upon burning the Ticket NFT, ArdesiholD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use-only license to:

• Access and use the provided digital package, including component purchase guides, assembly manuals, and 2D/3D design files.

• Print and assemble the physical object for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3️⃣ Limitations of Use

• You may not distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the digital files or physical products derived from them.

• You may not modify the designs for commercial resale or mass production.

• Future licensing for commercial use may be requested separately and is subject to ArdesiholD’s approval.

4️⃣ Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of ArdesiholD.

• Burning the Ticket NFT does not transfer any intellectual property ownership.

• You are granted rights to use the designs only as specified in this agreement.

5️⃣ Self-Breach Responsibility

By proceeding, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for complying with these terms.

• Any violation constitutes a self-breach, and ArdesiholD disclaims liability for unauthorized uses or violations committed by the User.

6️⃣ Updates and Amendments

ArdesiholD reserves the right to update or amend these terms. Continued use of the licensed materials after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7️⃣ Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where ArdesiholD operates.
